Henri Cartier-Bresson was one of the most influential photographers of the 20th century.His 1952 book "The Decisive Moment" changed the face of photography as it captured the instant, the 'decisive moment' where event, organization of forms and photographer (and via him/her, technology) intersect.
Simon Cherpitol has kindly put the entire book online here for us to admire and learn from. The images are exquisite and many are haunting.
